We look at what carriers are actually accepting on your route right now, then quote a number we can dispatch at.

Nothing is charged before assignment. Once a carrier commits, you get the equipment, driver contact and pickup window.

Condition is documented at both ends on a bill of lading. You inspect at delivery before signing.

Enclosed is not automatically better for your car. It's better for specific cars and specific risks. Here's how we actually advise it.
Open transport

Honest market pricing
We don't win the quote and then raise the price
The oldest trick in this industry is a low quote that no carrier will accept, followed by a call a week later asking for more money. Velocity quotes what the lane actually pays.
What we won't do: publish a per-mile calculator and call it a price. Until a trusted market-pricing data source is connected, we ask you to request a verified quote rather than showing you an automated number we'd have to walk back.
Competitive Quote Review
Already holding a written quote?
Send us a current, comparable written quote from another nationally recognized auto-transport company. When the route, vehicle, service level and market conditions allow it, Velocity will attempt to beat it by $50–$100 — without using an unrealistic low quote to do it.
If we can't beat it while staying above an honest price floor, we'll tell you that plainly and give you our best honest price. Sometimes the right answer is that the other quote is fine.
