Program purpose

Velocity Auto Transport Group LLC, operating publicly as Velocity Auto Transport, uses calls and text messages to communicate with people who ask us for a vehicle transport quote. Messages relate to your quote and your vehicle shipment: confirming your request, sending or clarifying quote details, arranging pickup and delivery, sharing carrier and driver arrangements, and answering your questions. This is a customer-care and transactional program, not a promotional blast list.

Consent

You are added to the program only if you check the optional calls and text messages box on our quote form. That box is never pre-checked. By checking it you agree to receive automated and non-automated calls and text messages from us at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, about your quote and your vehicle shipment. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can request and receive a quote without agreeing to calls or text messages, and we will use email or the contact method you chose instead.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your request and to the progress of your shipment, so the number depends on your activity and on how your shipment develops.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data according to your plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out — STOP

Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent. You can also email or call us using the details below and ask us to stop. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your quote request; we will use email or phone instead.

Supported carriers and delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network conditions. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be deliverable to all handsets, plans or areas.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Operational service providers may process this information only as necessary to provide the services you requested.
