Who we are

Velocity Auto Transport Group LLC, operating publicly as Velocity Auto Transport (“we”, “us”), arranges vehicle transportation as a transportation broker and coordinates shipments with motor carriers. We are based in Orlando, Florida. This policy applies to velocityautotrans.com and to the quote and contact forms on it.

Information we collect

• Information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, optional company or dealership name, pickup and delivery city/state/ZIP, location types, dates and flexibility, vehicle year, make, model, category, quantity, condition, optional VIN, and any notes you write.
• Consent evidence: whether you accepted or declined each consent, the exact wording and version shown to you, the date and time in UTC, the phone number you submitted, the page address, your IP address when available, and your browser user agent.
• Technical information: standard request data such as IP address and browser type, used for security, spam prevention and troubleshooting.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers or other government identifiers.

How we use it

• To review your route and prepare and send you a written quote.
• To contact you about your request and, if you proceed, your shipment.
• To coordinate pickup and delivery with the assigned motor carrier.
• To keep records of consent, quotes and shipments as the law requires.
• To detect and prevent abuse of our forms.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. The phone number you provide and the consent you give for calls or text messages are used only by us, and by the operational service providers that help us deliver the service you asked for. Those providers may process the information only as necessary to provide the requested services, under contract, and may not use it for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages are optional. You can request a quote without agreeing to them, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by emailing us. See our SMS Terms and Conditions.

Who we share information with

• Motor carriers and dispatch partners — the details needed to quote, schedule, pick up and deliver your vehicle.
• Operational service providers — hosting, database, customer relationship management, email and telephone/messaging providers, acting on our instructions and only as needed to provide the service.
• Legal and safety — where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep quote requests, consent records and shipment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, insurance and dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or de-identify them.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Consent and lead records are not readable from the public website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of the information you submitted, or ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages.
• Ask us by email to stop calling or emailing you.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
