Why city-level planning changes your shipment
Two shipments over the same distance can behave completely differently depending on where the vehicle sits. A full-size carrier is roughly 75 feet long and cannot turn into a narrow historic street, a low-clearance parking garage or a tight gated community. Meeting the driver at a nearby wide road or open commercial lot keeps the load legal and safe, and often gets the vehicle assigned faster. That is still door-to-door service — adapted to what a legal truck can physically reach.
