1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Velocity Auto Transport Group LLC(“we”, “us”), operating publicly as Velocity Auto Transport. By using this website or submitting a request through it, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Our role

We act as a transportation broker. We arrange vehicle transportation and coordinate shipments with motor carriers; we do not operate the trucks that carry your vehicle. The motor carrier performs the transportation and is responsible for the vehicle while it is in the carrier’s possession, in accordance with the carrier’s own terms and coverage.

3. Quote requests

• Submitting the quote form is a request for a quote. It does not book a shipment, reserve equipment, create a contract of carriage or authorize any payment.
• A written quote reflects carrier-market conditions for your lane at the time it is issued and assumes the details you gave us are accurate and complete.
• A quote may be revised or withdrawn if the vehicle, condition, dimensions, location, access or timing differ from what you described, or if market conditions change before you accept it.
• No deposit is taken before a carrier is assigned to your shipment.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about the vehicle, its condition and dimensions, and the pickup and delivery locations, including any gate, lot or access restrictions.
• Remove personal belongings unless the carrier has agreed otherwise in writing; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Make sure the vehicle is available for pickup, that keys are provided, and that any fluid, battery, alarm or leak issues are disclosed in advance.
• Be present, or have an authorized adult present, at pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading.
• Confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to arrange its transport.

5. Timing

Pickup and delivery windows are estimates. They depend on carrier availability, routing, traffic, weather, road conditions, inspections and other factors outside our control, and are not guarantees unless a specific guaranteed service is purchased and confirmed by us in writing.

6. Changes and cancellation

You may cancel a request at any time before a carrier is assigned at no cost. Once a carrier is assigned, cancellation or changes may be subject to the terms disclosed in your written quote or order confirmation. Requests to change dates, locations, vehicles or equipment may change the price.

7. Condition reports and claims

The Bill of Lading signed at pickup and delivery is the record of the vehicle’s condition. Note any new damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery before signing. Transport damage claims are made against the motor carrier and its coverage; we will provide the carrier’s information and help you submit and follow up on a claim.

8. Prohibited use

Do not use this website to submit false information, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or overload it, or for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Velocity Auto Transport name, logo, text, layout and images on this website are owned by Velocity Auto Transport Group LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

10. Communications

When you submit a request you authorize us to contact you by phone or email about it. Calls and text messages of an automated nature require the separate optional consent described in our SMS Terms and Conditions, which is never required to obtain a quote.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of your use of this website or of services arranged through it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
