1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Velocity Auto Transport Group LLC(“we”, “us”), operating publicly as Velocity Auto Transport. By using this website or submitting a request through it, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Our role

Velocity Auto Transport Group LLC is an FMCSA-authorized auto transport broker operating under MC-53083442 and USDOT 4883480. We act as a broker, not a motor carrier. We arrange vehicle transportation and coordinate shipments with motor carriers; we do not operate the trucks that carry your vehicle. The motor carrier performs the transportation and is responsible for the vehicle while it is in the carrier’s possession, in accordance with the carrier’s own terms and coverage.

3. Quote requests

• Submitting the quote form is a request for a quote. It does not book a shipment, reserve equipment, create a contract of carriage or authorize any payment.
• A written quote reflects carrier-market conditions for your lane at the time it is issued and assumes the details you gave us are accurate and complete.
• A quote may be revised or withdrawn if the vehicle, condition, dimensions, location, access or timing differ from what you described, or if market conditions change before you accept it.
• Requesting a quote is free. Your offer shows only the payment options enabled for your shipment and the exact total for each. Card + cash: save a card at booking with $0 charged, then a coordinator charges the displayed booking amount plus selected upgrades after a carrier is assigned; the displayed cash balance is paid to the carrier at delivery. Card only: save a card with $0 charged at booking, then a coordinator charges that option's full total plus selected upgrades after carrier assignment, with no balance owed at delivery. If your offer includes pay-the-carrier booking, no online payment is collected; the full displayed amount is paid directly to the carrier under the confirmed payment terms. Saving a card is the charging method for the card options, not a separate price option. The amounts and terms displayed on your offer when you accept it control.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about the vehicle, its condition and dimensions, and the pickup and delivery locations, including any gate, lot or access restrictions.
• Select the personal-items option on your offer and confirm the assigned carrier's weight, packing and prohibited-item requirements before loading. The first 100 lb is included at no charge; each additional pound is $1, subject to confirmed carrier restrictions. Your selected allowance and charge appear on the offer. Personal belongings are not insured under this option; remove valuables, documents and fragile items. Vehicle coverage is subject to the assigned carrier's policy, limits and exclusions.
• Make sure the vehicle is available for pickup, that keys are provided, and that any fluid, battery, alarm or leak issues are disclosed in advance.
• Be present, or have an authorized adult present, at pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading.
• Confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to arrange its transport.

5. Timing

Pickup and delivery windows are estimates. They depend on carrier availability, routing, traffic, weather, road conditions, inspections and other factors outside our control, and are not guarantees unless a specific guaranteed service is purchased and confirmed by us in writing.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Requesting a quote is free and can be withdrawn at any time. For an accurately described shipment that remains unchanged, your booked price does not increase. If you request a change or vehicle details were incorrect, we explain any revised price and obtain your approval before proceeding.Card booking saves your card without a charge. The applicable amount is charged by a coordinator after carrier assignment and remains fully refundable if you request cancellation before your vehicle is actually picked up.

You may cancel any time before pickup. We refund everything you paid to us for that booking in full — deposits and payments in full alike — with no cancellation fee, retained broker fee or processing-fee deduction. Carrier assignment does not change this eligibility. We compare the actual time of your cancellation request with the actual vehicle pickup time, not when either event was entered into our records.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. How long the funds take to appear is determined by your bank or card issuer, and we cannot promise an arrival time.

Once the carrier has picked up the vehicle, cancellation is no longer available. This cancellation rule does not limit any rights or remedies you may have concerning vehicle damage, service failures or other matters under applicable law. If pickup timing is missing or disputed, we review the supporting records rather than automatically denying a refund. Discuss any requested changes to dates, locations, vehicles or equipment with your coordinator before pickup.

7. Condition reports and claims

The Bill of Lading signed at pickup and delivery is the record of the vehicle’s condition. Note any new damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery before signing. Transport damage claims are made against the motor carrier and its coverage; we will provide the carrier’s information and help you submit and follow up on a claim.

8. Prohibited use

Do not use this website to submit false information, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or overload it, or for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Velocity Auto Transport name, logo, text, layout and images on this website are owned by Velocity Auto Transport Group LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

10. Communications

When you submit a request you authorize us to contact you by phone or email about it. Calls and text messages of an automated nature require the separate optional consent described in our SMS Terms and Conditions, which is never required to obtain a quote.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of your use of this website or of services arranged through it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
